The Booking
The booking procedure begins at our end as soon as the guest accepts the quotation and the advance payment is made in cash or by check. The guest will receive a refund of the money they deposited if we are unable to obtain confirmations.
Upon receipt of confirmation, the whole and final payment must be completed at the moment the guest receives all of their travel documents, either in cash or via draft. The plane tickets for packages reserved under our airline group packages may be supplied up to two days prior to the group’s departure.
Deposit
30% of total amount of tour cost must be paid as a deposit to the company once the booking has been confirmed.
Payment
To guarantee a reservation for the services you have hired, a 30% advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled no later than seven days before your
departure date. We reserve the right to determine the amount that must be paid in advance, taking into account the type of services and the period of time until they are completed.
Aside from the aforementioned, full payment may be needed in advance in certain situations, such as special train trips and reservations for hotels or resorts during busy times of the year.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellations must be communicated to us in writing at least one month before the client’s scheduled arrival date. The following cancellation fees are assessed by us.
- 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 46-90days prior.
- 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 31-45 days prior.
- 75% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 16-30 days prior.
- 100% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 1-15 days prior.
Liability
Hotels, coaches, and other facilities specified in the tour are not owned or operated by the firm. We are not accountable because we are the package tour organizer.
- Where neither the supplier nor the company’s agents have committed any errors.
- When the consumer bears responsibility for the contract’s performance shortcomings.
- Where the errors are unavoidable or unforeseeable and can be attributed to a third party unrelated to the holiday’s provider.
- When the failures are the result of peculiar, unforeseen, and outside of your control situations.
- When the malfunctions result from something that neither you nor your supplier could have predicted or anticipated even with the utmost care.
We do make every effort to guarantee that the company upholds standards and offers a service that the passengers find satisfactory. To the best of the company’s knowledge, the information on this website has been assembled with due diligence and is provided with sincerity.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please be aware that most hotels have a regular check-in and check-out time of 1200 hours (IST). Therefore, the cost of the tour does not cover the cost of an early or late check-in or check-out. If necessary, we can always request an early check-in or late checkout, but we cannot guarantee it as it all depends on the hotel’s policies,
the season, and the availability of the accommodation.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please be aware that unless specifically stated in the schedule, the cost of the vehicle (car or coach with the driver) does not include additional vehicle use, such as after a transfer or after sightseeing.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Once the tour has started, it will strictly follow the agreed-upon itinerary. We retain the right, for the safety and well-being of our valued guests, to alter all or portions of the itinerary in the event of uncontrollable events and circumstances.
Our Liabilty
Bhramansaarthi.com accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some
reason we are not prepared to accept liability. Under no circumstances will the Company be held responsible to the client or any companions for: Any death, physical injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, higher costs, consequential loss, and/or damage or theft, regardless of the cause.
Any action, inaction, or default by an independent contractor, another individual, or by a servant or agents working for them and involved in providing lodging, refreshments, a carriage service, or other amenities for the customer or any companion traveling with him, regardless of the reason for the service. Pioneer Journeys Pvt. Ltd cannot be held responsible for business dealings caused by events outside of our control, such as terrorism, natural disasters.
